We had awful damp in our bedroom so contacted Matt via check a trade. Matt came over to give us a quote a day or two after speaking to him. He was very professional, polite, honest (told us we only needed the membrane on 2 walls as opposed to all 4) and the price was very reasonable. When it came to having the membrane fitted and plastered he did a fantastic job. Nothing was too much trouble and he went the extra mile and plastered a part of the ceiling in the bathroom as we had made a mess with filler!! Could view my delayed review as a good thing (only remembered after my husband bumped into him in the street) as it has been nearly 3 months since we had the work done, and there have been no issues arise. We no longer have any damp and the bedroom is so much warmer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone, and would definitely have him return if we had any problems in other areas of the house.
